At Aquamate, we’ve just completed the first shipment of our new water tank range designed specifically for North American conditions.
Working with our Engineers in Texas, we’ve designed and manufactured a 12,000 gallon water tank that fits into a timber crate that takes up just two standard pallet spaces. Each crate includes a fully contained poly lined metal water tank, including; Aquamate’s no-leaks tank liner and corrugated galvanized steel walls, along with all of the accessories you will need to complete the entire tank installation. All that needs to be added is the roof sheeting which can be sourced locally and delivered directly to your site.
How did we manage it? By using innovative manufacturing techniques, Aquamate’s rainwater tanks use lightweight corrugated steel panels that have all of the required strength, without wasting extra material. Combined with Aquamate’s no-leak tank liner, manufactured out of food grade polyethylene in our state-of-the-art production facility, Aquamate is able to provide an easily transportable water tank that can be assembled in less than a day. Don’t believe us? Have a look at the video below of two dozen water tanks being loaded into a container at our production facility in South Australia.
These water tanks are designed specifically for North America, suitable for installation onto a compacted gravel base on your ranch or farm. Aquamate’s water tanks can be used for rainwater harvesting, well water, potable water, or any other application that needs large volumes of water storage.
